It has been about 5 years since we launched the Leadership Thrust concept, and two years since we first developed the School of Multiplying Leaders, and the Lord has been very gracious to use it to equip believers, pastors, and leaders to multiply Disciples, Churches, Church Planters, Leaders, and launch some Church Planting Movements that are nationally-led, in addition to fostering the growth of those in the School to love Jesus and grow in His grace.
Now, we found it to be the prime time to look at and revise our process as a whole, and so we are in the midst of updates, corrections, revisions, etc. It is an exciting time of clarity and encouragement as we go through all the materials we have been working with for several years. Below are a few illustrated overviews of the revised process and a link to the portions we have completed.
